Dr. Michael Hall is the founder of Ascend Performance & Recovery, a clinic built to help athletes and active individuals recover faster, move better, and perform at their highest level.
Dr. Hall takes a modern, performance-based approach to chiropractic care that goes beyond traditional adjustments. His treatments combine chiropractic manipulation, soft tissue therapy, movement assessment, and targeted rehabilitation strategies to address the root cause of pain and dysfunction.
He works with a wide range of patients—from competitive athletes and weekend warriors to active adults who want to stay strong and pain-free as they age.
Dr. Hall believes that the best outcomes happen when treatment focuses not just on relieving pain, but on restoring movement, improving resilience, and helping patients return to the activities they love.
At Ascend, his goal is simple: help every patient recover faster, move better, and perform at their best.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Hall loves spending time with his wife and his children. He is passionate about strength training, athletics, and helping young athletes develop the movement foundations that support long-term performance and injury prevention.
